Here is a mother swan with two babies in Lake Victoria beside the Stratford Festival Theatre in Stratford Ontario.

 It was a lovely morning for a walk along the shore of Lake Ontario.

Not all sunset shots are orange and red.  Here's a yellow and blue one taken this past summer.

Here is a bunch of grapes still on the vine at Vieni Estates winery in Beamsville Ontario.  They are most certainly looking forward to the day when they get to become wine!

 This waterfall photo was taken at Royal Botanical Gardens in Hamilton Ontario.  It was created using the 'live' setting on the iPhone.

Time for another summer sunset shot.  This one is taken on a wider perspective.

In preparation for an upcoming light painting workshop, I decided to see what I could do with my iPhone.  So I bought two cheap flashlights at the Dollar Store and put two of my grandkids to work.  The light in the flashlights is muted with cloth - one orange and the other purple.  This is how it looks.  The Slow Camera App was used to take the shot and the PicsArt app was used to add the double border.  It was a useful exercise and set me up for the real event that came a week later.  Highlights of the real event may be be found in the July 26 post in this blog.

 I see (and capture) many orange sunrises from this vantage point.  This one is particularly lovely.

 This close up of a lady bug was edited with the Prisma app to give more of a painterly view.

The clouds add some drama to this evening sunset photo.

 Haven't posted a sunrise or sunset in a few days, so here is a golden sunset from June.

This shot of a sailboat passing by was not terribly interesting until I ran the photo into the Prisma app and turned it into blue and yellow art.

These shots were all taken with the iLightning app on my iPad in the same evening storm.  I took many hundreds of shots in one hour and these are the best.  Other than putting them in a collage, they have not been edited. (It's still on my things to do to do some post processing cleanup on some of these!)

 Was out for a walk earlier this summer and when I returned to the car I found a good sized mayfly looking at himself in the reflection off the car.   The Prisma app gives the photo a bit more interest and highlights the mayfly's shadow.

 Similar red orange sunset but this one is taken in a different location. It was taken earlier this summer from the west stands at Tim Horton Field in Hamilton, facing toward downtown Hamilton.

 This sunrise featured a sky full of orange clouds.

 Following on from yesterday's blog entry of a boat doing a circle, here is a boat in a circle.  The circle was added to the photo using the MirrorArt app.

 As a change from all the orange sunsets and sunrises within this blog, here is a golden sunset that features a motorboat making a tight turn before coming in to the beach.

 This couple was sitting by the lake watching the sunset.  The DistressedFX app was used on the original photo to give a more artsy feel.

The orange clouds in this sunset and their reflection in Lake Ontario made for many beautiful views of this sunset.
