On thing that AI image generation has taught me is how much I don't know about various forms of art and colours.  This is an 'urban scene with spectral hues'.   I can't say that I have ever heard of spectral hues but it does do a nice colour cast.  So much to learn! 

Returning home from a long drive, we were welcomed home  by a "sun halo", light refracting off ice crystals in the clouds.  It looked a bit like a 360 degree rainbow but the colours weren't prominent.  I took the photo into Snapseed to adjust the lighting and contrast which gave more definition to the halo.  Then I took a quick trip into the Luminar Neo app to reduce the noise.
